We need hands-on care to take care of my wife in Durham. Assistance with mobility. Bathroom assistance is one of our requirements. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. I will be having outpatient surgery on 11/19. We're looking for a temporary home health aide to assist my wife who cannot stand or walk. She can slide into the wheelchair and slide into bed with minimal assistance. She wears pullup diapers so she would need to be changed 3 times a day. Generally, about 8am, 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. She can sleep through the night without care, so an overnight stay is not required. Meals are simple (microwave) and minor prep.
