Hello! I'm looking for someone to assist my mother in my home. First, she is quite likely the sweetest woman you have ever met, and will be appreciative of your help. She likes to read and play the piano, and is getting visits from her church and community. She is currently mobile and with daily attention on movement we hope to extend the days she is able. She is under hospice care, so bathing will be done during their short visits. She may need dressing assistance. Ideally we're looking care 7 hours a day, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. or so. Simple food preparation will be necessary, as will encouragement to eat and drink nutrition shakes. I sort her medications, but she will need them put in front of her after breakfast. Her needs are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Companionship.
