About who needs care: -Recovered from surgery, may still get PT in the home- wound care all all related medical situations for the surgery are complete -Cancer - breast, pancreatic, and head/neck throat, lung - Weekly appointments for immunotherapy -monitoring while using a walker to get to the rest room (I hold the walker as she stands and just follow her as needed - may need help changing depends -dresses self - needs help with TV for shows -Feeding tube for feeds and medication (our responsibility not the caregivers unless they are familiar with a feeding tube) -Neuropathy so assistance with bottles for feeds and water if mom does them- she currently does -newly added Seizures, medication for seizures and haven't seen one since medication- fully checked out at two hospitals -bathing assistance twice a week Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
