About who needs care: Karen, my mother in law, had an ischemic stroke on November 20. She has left side weakness and needs assistance with lifting/transfers, commode/toilet help, bathing, dressing, medication administration, blood pressure checks, and PT/OT exercises per PT set plan. About the care needs: PT/OT skills ideal but not necessary. Working with people with strokes and the neurological disconnects. She's been progressing quickly and indicates she should be able to use a walker in a month. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
