Elderly Care For Parents

My name is Sean and I'm looking for a caregiver who can provide regular assistance to my parents approximately 10 hours per week. My mom has early dementia and my stepfather is partially disabled and requires a walker. Main tasks are keeping the home clean, bathing my stepfather, taking them to Meijer and/or to lunch around town, QDoba, Chipotle, etc. (We would pay for you lunch as well). Keeping the home clean would be to ensure that the sheets are clean and washed on a regular basis, that the bathrooms and fridge are clean. They are wonderful and very nice people. We have two cats and one small dog.
