About who needs care: My mother suffers from memory loss and confusion after a fall in August. She had another fall at rehab 8 weeks ago and has a broken arm. She was living independently prior to this and now lives with me. Due to her cognitive decline and generalized weakness, I am looking for someone to assist her with ADLs while I am at work. She likes to watch TV and will take walks throughout the house often. About the care needs: My mother has a good sense of humor, can be stubborn at times, and gets upset when she experiences episodes of confusion. She would benefit from a caregiver who has experience with or knowledge of dementia. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
