About who needs care: Patient is a dementia Down syndrome person, has seizures and is on blood thinner. About the care needs: Someone to help feed him, take him to the rest room walk with him and help me with taking him to his appointments. Someone that works or know people of dementia with Down syndrome. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
