About who needs care: Both of my grandparents need care. They are in their 70s. One with paralysis due to multiple sclerosis and one recovering from cancer and recently broke their hip. They could use help for at least a regular 8 hour shift each day. Assistance would be needed with groceries/errands, household cleaning, and personal care for my grandma. Bed baths, changing clothes and adult diaper. About the care needs: My grandfather is recovering from hip surgery. He is moving around on his own now with a walker but still needs to be cautious for recovery. A good fit would be someone who is kind and has a good sense of humor. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
