Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Winter Park

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s. Primarily responsible for making sure the facility does its job: ensure my father isn't fed sugary and ultra-processed foods, instead fed low-sugar and whole foods. Responsibilities include feeding, hydration, and turning him every 2-hours (to heal bed sore). Assistance with bathing is occasional, but only if the facility doesn't do it. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
