We are looking to add a kind, experienced caregiver to our parents' care team. My Dad has Parkinson's and very limited mobility. He's a large man and needs full assistance with transfers, changing, and personal care. You must have experience using a Hoyer lift to make transfers. He takes medication several times a day; reminders are helpful. Light housekeeping and occasional meal prep are also required. He has a great sense of humor and enjoys joking around, so someone friendly and easygoing would be a wonderful fit. Reliability, patience, and experience with mobility challenges are essential--preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
