Adult C4/5 quadriplegic (25+ yrs post-injury) seeking experienced overnight caregiver in my Coconut Grove home. Ideal for EMT/CNA/HHA or similar health professional who prefers 1:1 care. Schedule 11pm-6:30am, 3-5 nights/week (long term preferred) Primary Responsibilities -Skin checks, regular positioning/turning to prevent skin injuries -Assistance with bladder/bowel routines, catheter care (I will train in specific routine) -Safe transfers using stand&pivot/Hoyer lift -Monitoring for safety issues related to SCI (e. g., signs of autonomic dysreflexia) -Monitor BP, CPAP/BIPAP Requirements -Prior experience in EMS/hospital/rehab or home health -Must be strong/have very good technique -Experience with SCI/quadriplegic clients -Reliable transportation, punctual -Calm, consistent, low drama Compensation -$27-$30/hr, private pay
