About who needs care: My dad has moderate stage dementia. My mom would like someone to stay home with him for 4-5hour shifts a few days week (Monday will is the only requirement and other days can be flexible) while she runs errands and goes to appointments. At this stage he really just needs companionship and someone to make sure he is safe and doesn't get confused, make sure he eats etc. He doesn't think the caregiver is there for him. We will need this person to do light housework like vacuuming and laundry to help my mom and to look busy to my dad. He loves swimming, working out, and finding little projects in the yard or around the house and enjoys riding bikes. Services needed include: companionship, light house keeping
