Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (Wds OFF) 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are looking for a responsible, reliable LONG TERM Female Caregiver for our adult daughter who has suffered a brain stem stroke and has Locked In Syndrome (she cannot speak, but she is able to communicate with a computer and using her eyes) and is in a wheelchair in our upbeat home. Candidates MUST possess a good command of the English Language and spelling. She has a small dog. Duties include getting her up in the morning, tube feedings (we can teach you), catheter bag care, communication, some assistance with her computer, some exercises, apply makeup, etc and most importantly communication. Mom is around for help/questions. She has PT 3x a week - we drive. Must be able to enroll in IHSS and have reliable child care and transportation.
