She lives at home and requires full assistance with daily activities. She is gentle, joyful, and cooperative, but she needs steady support and someone who understands how to work with dementia patients respectfully and safely. This is a long-term position for the right person. You would be joining a team of caregivers who are committed to treating her with dignity, kindness, and consistency.
