My mother has Alzheimers and dementia. She lives with me in Charles Town. I need help maybe twice a week getting her up to shower (she can on her own but won't do it without someone telling her to), pick out clean clothes, maybe make her lunch, change her sheets, minor things like that. I would also like the option of transportation to the store, Dr appointments and such.
