About who needs care: My mom has Multiple Sclerosis. She is unable to use her legs, but can use them for stability. She needs assistance transferring from her recliner to her power chair to use the bathroom, (she can get herself on the toilet), then assistance to get off the toilet to her power chair, then the power chair to her recliner. She loves to read and talk about her books or any topic. About the care needs: Needs to have experience in transferring patients and be comfortable assisting off the toilet. My mom can be difficult to please sometimes and can be particular about how she likes things to be done but loves to laugh and gab. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
