Companion Care Needed For My Adult Child In Monroe

We're looking for a warm, patient caregiver for my 22-year-old son in Monroe. He's independent but needs a steady adult for safety, simple meals, and company. He has an intellectual disability, limited speech, and a hearing impairment. Shy at first, he opens up with consistent visits, so we need someone available both Tuesdays (set) and Thursdays (flexible). Experience with developmental differences is a plus but not required. Non-smoking home, no pets. Extra hours possible. Reliability and kindness are key!
