Responsibilities include: Personal care for her: hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and safe transfers (lift used) Encouraging hobbies, interests, and social engagement For him: medication reminders and support with daily routines/hobbies For both: light housekeeping, laundry, simple meal prep, companionship, and monitoring/reporting changes in condition Ideal candidate: Experience with dementia/cognitive decline Comfortable using lifts/transfer equipment Patient, gentle, calm, reliable, organized, and a good communicator
