Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Arlington

I'm looking for a female caregiver for my mother with Parkinson's in her 90s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. We would prefer someone who will assist with medications, can handle light housekeeping, handle meal preparation, provide companionship and social interaction, and sometimes transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and a minimum of CPR / first-aid trained.
