About who needs care: Hx T2DM, Dementia Needs helps with hygiene, nutrition, emotional support during sundowning. Currently on hospice, but current caregiver (family member) is burnt out. Speaks Cantonese and Khmer (Cambodian) About the care needs: Chinese (Cantonese) or Khmer speaker if possible. Needs significant help getting to the toilet/bathing. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
