Hands-on Care Needed For My 95yr Old Father In Washington

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father who is a 95yr old WWII vet. Weighs about 130lbs. Totally cognitive with no dementia, but not walking, extremely frail, needs total assistance in dressing or moving from chair to "porta-potty" or bed. Has power chair for weight shifting, no driving or chair moving. He is on dialysis MWF, and family transports him there. He can feed himself from the plate. He can watch TV or read, and has his routine with his favorite shows like Gold Rush or Swamp People. He is very sweet, and only asks for weight shifting in the chair occasionally for pressure sore mitigation. There are 6 small dogs there (his and families) who are very friendly and only yap when someone comes to the door. There is good internet and other TVs there as well. family who are all gathered there but need a few days off per week.
