We need companion care to take care of my loved one in Midland. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. My aunt loves football and ladies basketball. She is mentally sharp; but has been physically disabled for many years. (Even though she still managed to mow her grass and walk when others would have given up and moved into a wheelchair!) she was put in a memory care home when her caregiver got alzheimers. Her long-time caregiver passed away, and the family will not consent to move my aunt from the memory care. My aunt cannot use her hands well enough to use the tv remote, or read a book, turn on music, or make a phone call. So a companion could help her with those things. She is a wonderful person, always joyful. We would like someone who is the same, preferably an older Christian woman. Hours are flexible.
