About who needs care: Mother (80) and Father (81) need in home care on the weekends. Father just needs the meals cooked. Mother has dementia and mild Alzheimer's. She needs help getting up and bathing. She has a walker. Needs to be walked around the house and kept active. Both have healthy appetites. About the care needs: Ability to help an elderly woman sit up and stand up. 5 ft 2 in. Calm personality but firm. Knowledge of working with people with Dementia and or Alzheimer's. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing. Preference for a caregiver who is female.
