About who needs care: She is late 6, early 7 stage dementia. Needs help dressing, bathroom, and walking, giving meds. Has daily PT exercises, likes coloring, puzzles (with help), reading, TV. Hours are 8:30a-12:30p, routine: get out of bed, get dressed, bring to table for breakfast, take meds, sit 30 mins, walk to living room recliner, do one of above activities, maybe nap, bring to table for lunch around 12p. Wed and Sat mornings give shower. My husband is home and prepares and serves the meals. Light housework as needed, folding clothes, dishes Light houseworks as needs of just dishes, folding clothes, keep her bathroom clean as needed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
