About who needs care: My mother is currently bed bound. Unknown if she will be able to stand or walk. She is morbidly obese. Over 350 lbs. We are currently using briefs and bed pan for toileting. She is competent. My father is in early stages of Parkinson. He is mobile and competent. We need assistance with her in the mornings and evenings with making sure that she is dry and clean and also with meal preparation for both of them and making sure that her meds are taken on time. My dad is good with his meds. My brother and I both have full time jobs and are unable to be here with them during the day. About the care needs: basic nursing assistant skills (turning-bed changes-bathing & med admin) able to lift at least 50 lbs cheerful- kind - compassionate - outgoing - good conversationalist Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance. Preference for a caregiver who is female.
