I need adult care provider. The care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Appts. It's the basic ADL's with consideration to companionship, transportation and light housekeeping. You are required to handle errands and groceries when appropriate.
