I am looking for someone to care for my mom, who lives with us, one day per week to allow my husband and me to go out, knowing she is safe and in good hands. Mom is 87 and is recovering from a hip fracture, which required surgery. She requires some assistance with standing and using her walker. You would be responsible for fixing her lunch and helping her with some personal care. You must be willing to help her in the bathroom if needed. Mom enjoys reading, playing games on her iPad, and watching TV. She loves to look at family photos and reminisce about the past, especially about my dad who we lost last year. We need someone who is kind and caring, and who will be loving toward Mom and treat her as they would their own family. We would prefer a non-smoker.
