READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE APPLYING. Hello! We are looking to hire a caregiver/helper for my family friend who is in his late 70s and is quadriplegic. We are looking for helpers to get him up and ready for the day, and then also get him settled into bed at night. He is a funny and kind individual, and very mobile in his electric wheelchair. The main role for the caregiver(s) will be to help get him in/out of bed, transferring, bathed, dressed for the day (or for bed at night), etc. We do not need any further assistance at this time, hence the very short hours. Hoping to find someone who will turn into long term role as he gets older, and the role may evolve as time goes on as well. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained, with experience working with patient lifts and limited mobility individuals
