About who needs care: I run a non-medical home care agency. I oversee their care because my in-laws live with me. My mother-in-law has advanced dementia, and her husband has MS and requires hands-on assistance 24/7. About the care needs: Here are the required qualities I am looking for: * At least 5+ years of experience in independent care. * Open availability 24/7. * Able to pick up shifts anytime. * Must be capable of assisting with transfers and lifts. * Experience with dementia * Valid Drivers license * complete a full background check * Valod Drivers L Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
