Seeking Long-term Care For Myself In Cincinnati

About the job

I am 36 and was born with cerebral palsy and I am in a wheelchair. I need help as soon as possible. Long term care preferable if possible. The job would involve: meal preparation, lifting me on and off the couch as well as lifting me on and off the toilet, once when you arrive and once before you leave. I can bare some weight on my feet if I am holding on to someone or something. I also would need help taking my two dogs out once when you arrive and once before you leave, they are friendly.
