My mom is a 97-year-old pretty independent woman. She is a German WWII survivor, living in NY since 1954. She was a seamstress at Bergdorf Goodman and sewed all our clothes. She loves reading The NY Times every weekend. She needs help with remembering to take her meds, light housework which includes vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom , changing and washing sheets/clothes. She has been fighting me on bringing anyone into the home but I can't go there all the time like I have been since she had an infection on her leg. I will still visit one time a week and take her out.
