About who needs care: I am currently in the hospital after a fall. . I have serious nerve pain in my sides and buttocks area. We have been trying to develop a pain management plan that will allow me to return home where I am well set up to accommodate my needs. What Im needing is some daily coverage mostly getting back-and-forth to the bathroom with my walker. And Im There is a chance I may be discharged late tomorrow or Saturday. There may be an occasional overnight stay that I need when my husband is out of town. Also, he is 82 and not in a position to help with the transfer. I have a walker, a commode if needed, all the necessary bars in the bathroom, a recliner, a walk-in shower I hava a Quiet outdoor lift to get in and out of the house Right now, I believe I need assistance once in the morning late afternoon and evening just getting back-and-forth to the bathroom and chair until I am able to do it with less pain. There may also need to be a night or two overnight when my husband is away. I have a small apartment in the lower level of my house, which can easily accommodate somebody. I am hoping that this will be short term, maybe two or three weeks About the care needs: Thoughtful and respectful Probably some nursing background. To help with listing transfer without damage to you. And maybe some help in organizing the meds that they will be giving me. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
