I am seeking a personal aide for my mother who is 74yrs old in Palenville NY. She has mild dementia and has physical mobility issues and is a genuine great person who needs a companion and to help with routine household duties. Specific requirements and duties can be provided upon request but no major hygiene assistance other than footcare and hair brushing are needed. Up to 10 hours are needed for the weekend, where hours can be split between the weekend and an additional weekday depending on applicants schedule. From early January to March of 2026, up to 20 hours/wk will be available. Pay is $25/hr of which $18/hr can be paid by her Medicaid CDPAP program via PPL, the other $7/hr will be paid cash. Must be ok with cats (she only has 1), good communicator, and reliable transportation required.
