Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Bronx

About the job

We are looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s who has Dementia. We need someone to come in from 6:00pm-9:30 p.m. to help my mom eat her dinner which will already be prepared, make sure she takes her medications, then walk her upstairs and help her get ready for bed. She can walk but needs help. She is pretty easygoing but needs help doing everyday tasks.
