About who needs care: I have motor neuron disease which effects my nerves and muscles. I need assistance for daily living activities. I enjoy reading and writing. I also enjoy puzzles and games as well as socializing. About the care needs: I get along with a variety different personality types. Specialized skills For my caregiver would be, knowing how to use gait belts, How to transfer, Some experience with equipment would be helpful but not required. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
