Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Raleigh

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my elderly mother-in-law. She is 75, clear-minded without dementia. Lives in her own home. She is on oxygen due to chronic lung disease. She needs help a few hours a day 3 times per week doing light household tasks and occasional errands. She showers independently but gets short of breath and may need help getting in or out on occasion. Family lives close by and also helps out a lot, but looking for some additional care for her a few times per week to do things around the house that are difficult for her. Medical experience is not required.
