Night Shift Care Needed For ALS Patient

I need a hands-on care provider with experience for my mother who is non-ambulatory in advanced stages of ALS and uses a suction machine at night. Nights are busy with making her feel comfortable in her sleeping positions, moving her every hour or so, providing suction for her when she needs it and using a PureWick machine for bathroom use from the bed. Looking for someone very patient and empathetic, but also professional and doesn't take anything personally. SHIFT HOURS would be from 7pm-9 a.m. every night. CURRENTLY NEEDED: Wednesday and Thursday nights with room for discussion for other nights working around our current caregivers schedules.
