About who needs care: My mom is 59 years old and is currently at brooking park silled nursing facility. We're looking to get her home but ensure she has sufficient support in addition to the (minimal) in home health care that insurance provides. She's recovering from a ruptured colon. She has very limited mobility and is unable to walk by herself, even with a walker. Help with activities of daily living would be amazing. Getting her to the bathroom, eating, etc. She has a colostomy bag as well as a wound vac. Thanks so much! About the care needs: Someone patient, kind, understanding, and a willingness to help. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
