I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments, and making sure all of their meals are prepared as well as the items listed above. They are both struggling with ongoing illnesses (Dementia/cancer) and have quite a few appointments day-to-day. They both have in-home nursing assistance, physical therapy, and occupational therapy which will continue. The care providers rule is to help them keep everything organized and to assist with day-to-day things.
