Help needed for my husband in his 80s - seeking non-smoking live-in respite home care. I would like to travel occasionally and would like someone who can stay with him for several days. Caregiver can leave for short times. I don't have any trips planned but would like to travel in January. My husband is a retired engineer. Brazilian living in the US for 50+ years. Loves music. He has limited vision, fatigue due to medications, incontinence, mobility limitations. Needs: medications, easy meal prep, TV assistance, minimal assistance dressing and personal needs. He likes to have a friendly, responsible person in the house but does not need continual interaction. Pay is $300/24 hours. We have a friendly small dog who will need to be fed and walked if you're comfortable with this. If this is a barrier, she could be boarded.
