RN/LPN for quadriplegic male, mid-20s Shift: 7:30-11:30 p.m. (some flexibility) Responsibilities: • Setup medical supplies and room preparation • Patient transfer using overhead track Hoyer lift • Bladder program: catheter removal, straight cath, bladder flush • Bowel program: mini enema administration • Complete shower and personal care with skin inspection • Oral care (brushing, flossing) • Apply fresh brief and overnight catheter system • Percussion vest operation (30 min airway clearance) • Range of motion exercises on all extremities • Apply night boots and hand splints • Medication administration • Positioning with pillows and wedges for sleep Equipment: Hospital bed, overhead Hoyer lift, roll-in shower, percussion vest Training: Complete one-on-one training provided until confident
