Looking for a caring, fun, and reliable person to be a buddy for an 28-year-old adult female with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Help her stay active in the community, support with hygiene needs, and be a positive, dependable friend. Schedule: Evenings during the week + occasional weekends (20-40 hrs/week) Employment: Direct hire, W-2 position Ideal Candidate: -Kind, patient, and dependable -Enjoys being active and social -Has experience or interest in working with individuals with IDD (not required but preferred) -CLS certification (not required, training will be available upon hire) -Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
