About who needs care: Recent mental health related diagnosis. My daughter is stable, intelligent and fun, however, she is working to rebuild things after this diagnosis and does not drive. About the care needs: I am hoping to find someone experienced in caring for or assisting people with mental health conditions. They need to be compassionate and kind, but also able to assert firm boundaries. There's an opportunity for long-term work if it's a good fit. My daughter is intelligent, fun to be with and kind. She needs help in establishing a daily routine and someone to do various things in the community with, ie, shopping, leisure activities, appointments. The caregiver would have to drive and will be compensated for mileage and gas. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
