Companion Care Needed For My Adult Child In Gaithersburg

I need a companion care provider experience for my adult child in their 20s. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. She has Down syndrome and is non verbal. She has some mobility challenges but can walk and move around slowly. We don't need very specialized care, the mai thing needed is to help her with is Toileting. No medications are needed. She will arrive from school and you would need to get her off of the bus and give her a snack.
