Seeking someone with CNA/ home health skillsets that can assist my father while he is in a subacute rehab facility up to 40 hours/week for the next few weeks. He needs supplementary assistance with feeding, bed positioning, changing clothes, personal cleaning, and changing depends as this facility is severely understaffed. Encouragement and moral support with kind words and music will be needed as well to motivate him to do therapy sessions. Needs to be kindly assertive to ensure he gets his meds, therapy, and wound care services daily. He is a sweet person that is frail who has been in hospital recently for 3 weeks and needing to get his strength back. I can provide detailed instructions and an orientation training session. Must be attentive and supportive and able to communicate with me during the day while I am at work on his status.
