Weekly Companion Visit Needed For Lady In Nursing Facility

My loved one is in a nursing home in downtown Frederick. She has early Alzheimers. Although we (family) visit her regularly, she does not participate in social activities at the facility and so spends most of her time alone. She would benefit from a weekly visit from a caring person who can give her one-on-one attention, make interesting conversation, and encourage her to leave her room at times. We are looking for someone who can communicate very clearly and keep a conversation going. If you have a small/medium dog that could visit along with you, that would be especially good. Although I selected Sunday morning because I had to fill something in, we would consider various times on Saturday or Sunday -- weekdays may be possible but weekends are preferred.
