About who needs care: This is for my 72-year-old brother (I have medical power of attorney). He is not ill, but is not always steady on his feet. He lives alone in a small apartment. He is lucid, but not physical capable of much. He needs his bed made and replaced with clean sheets, and his laundry washed dried and folded. He also needs vacuuming and dusting. Again, it's small so that wouldn't take much time. About the care needs: Someone kind and patient who wouldn't mind listening to some stories while waiting for the laundry to be done. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
