Care Needed For My Mother In Northampton

My mother, Dalen, is 78 and has moderate-severe dementia. She's quite bright and bubbly and loves to socialize. She loves to sing, arrange flowers, birdwatch, look at photographs, watch TV/movies, read poetry, decorate, and eat ice cream. While I'm at work, I'd love for someone to keep her company and make sure she doesn't get up to mischief! I'd love for her to get out for a walk if the weather is nice. I also need help bathing and dressing her, and it would be great if someone could do her laundry, too. She recently became incontinent (urine), so there are always a lot of sheets/pee pads to wash. I'm looking for a caregiver who has experience with dementia, is calm, patient, playful, imaginative, fun, and curious about my mom and getting to know her. A person who is neat would be great as I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy.
