About who needs care: Mom has dementia and is currently being cared for by my dad. He has to keep an eye on her 24hours a day 7 days a week and he needs a break. My parents live in Middleboro MA and I live in Seattle. About the care needs: Gentle, patient, kind. Tolerance for repeating yourself and dealing with the confusion that dementia presents. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
