Will need meals/snacks heated, plated and served. Client has no cognitive deficits. Client is obese and may need some help sitting up and laying down/adjusting in bed. About the care needs: Client is talkative and friendly. Will entertain himself during the day. The most important thing is having someone to help him with bathrooming. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
